Passport & Visa Requirements

Please note the following points:

• Visas are required by everyone with the exception of travelers holding passports from Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and the UAE.
• Visas can be obtained through Saudi Arabian Embassies. In countries with no Saudi Arabian diplomatic representation, exhibitors should contact the Organizer.
• It is not permitted for women to participate in exhibitions, and therefore cannot apply for an entry visa.

Health

Although vaccinations are not mandatory in Saudi Arabia, it is recommended for exhibitors to be inoculated against typhoid, cholera and tetanus.

Transportation

Credit Cards

All major credit cards are accepted in larger establishments in Saudi Arabia.

Currency

Foreign currency can be exchanged at any bank. The monetary unit in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is the Saudi Riyal (SR), and the exchange rate is 1 USD = 3.75 SR.

Air Travel

Riyadh is well connected with most major cities of the world with a wide selection of airlines serving Riyadh’s King Khaled International Airport.

Accommodation

Riyadh is well provided with hotels of international standards. However, exhibitors are recommended to reserve at an early stage, directly or via an agent.
